Responsibilities

  • Develop AI components for enterprise products and platforms, including agents, RAG pipelines, inference services, LLM orchestration, and model integrations.
  • Implement application logic in Python, TypeScript, or equivalent languages with emphasis on quality, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Integrate AI/ML APIs, cloud AI services, and custom models into application and cloud-native architectures.
  • Collaborate with AI Architects and AI Data Scientists to turn models, prototypes, and technical specifications into production-ready components.
  • Design AI modules and contribute to implementation patterns, interfaces, APIs, and integration logic.
  • Perform testing, debugging, profiling, and performance optimization of AI components.
  • Apply software engineering practices including code review, versioning, technical documentation, and test automation.
  • Collaborate on CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, model versioning, packaging, configuration, release, and operational monitoring.
  • Industrialize AI prototypes and contribute reusable components, templates, connectors, and accelerators to the internal AI Factory library.
  • Work with multidisciplinary product and engineering teams and provide technical support and best practices to junior colleagues.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning engineering, software engineering, or AI/ML solution development in enterprise or technology contexts.
  • Strong knowledge of Python and major AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
  • Experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, prompt engineering, model serving, or generative model integration.
  • Experience developing and integrating REST APIs, application services, microservices, or cloud-native components.
  • Familiarity with containerization, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment practices.
  • Knowledge of MLOps principles and model lifecycle management, experiment tracking, or model monitoring tools.
  • Ability to write clean, testable, documented, and reusable code.
  • Ability to work in Agile and cross-functional teams with technical and product stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Preferred experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, pgvector, MLflow, DVC, or Kubeflow.
  • Preferred knowledge of distributed architectures, event-driven architecture, API gateways, microservices, Responsible AI, model evaluation, explainability, application security, and data protection.
  • Cloud, AI/ML, or software engineering certifications and experience in consulting, enterprise, or product-centric environments are preferred.
