Base Salary
$80k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack software applications and platforms across frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, and data layers.
- Develop backend services, APIs, data integrations, and AI- or LLM-enabled capabilities where they provide business value.
- Architect and maintain integrations with ERP, HR, and payroll systems.
- Create dashboards, user interfaces, and internal tools for technical and non-technical users.
- Evaluate emerging AI and LLM technologies and contribute to platform architecture, engineering standards, and the technology roadmap.
- Help develop engineering processes governing the use of AI coding agents in production systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 3 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, data science, or a related technical discipline.
- Demonstrated experience building and shipping full-stack production applications using frontend technologies such as React and backend technologies such as Node.js or Python.
- Experience designing, developing, and deploying solutions on modern cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Strong working knowledge of relational databases and SQL, including schema design, query optimization, and data modeling.
- Proficiency with Git-based version control, code review, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Preferred qualifications include production experience with LLM-based or AI-powered applications, agents, or agentic workflows.
- Preferred qualifications include React Native and Expo mobile development experience, enterprise data architecture or ERP experience, AI governance and data security knowledge, and experience in construction, industrial field operations, finance, or other operationally complex industries.
