Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support full-stack applications using Java/Spring Boot, Vue.js, and Python/FastAPI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine engineering specifications and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Build and operate cloud-native applications on AWS using Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Develop secure, scalable APIs and software following engineering standards and best practices.
- Use AI throughout the AI-Assisted (Agentic) Software Development Lifecycle for implementation, code review, testing, debugging, and documentation while validating AI-generated outputs.
- Contribute to engineering automation, continuous improvement, and AI-enabled development practices.
- Own features end to end from engineering specifications through production deployment and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years of experience developing cloud-native software applications.
- Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot, Vue.js, React, Angular, PostgreSQL, and Python/FastAPI.
- Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, modern software design, Agile development, and engineering best practices.
- Experience using AI to generate production-ready code, validate automated tests, identify and remediate defects, and improve software quality.
- Preferred experience with microservices, distributed systems, GCP or multi-cloud environments, CI/CD and DevOps practices, specification-first engineering, and AI agents or AI-enabled developer workflows.

- The Colorado base pay range is listed as $86,000.00–$115,000.00–$126,500.00 annually; other states may have different geographic market-driven ranges.
