Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for the Dynamics 365 CRM system.
- Configure, customize, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM entities, forms, views, business rules, security roles, dashboards, workflows, plugins, and PCF controls.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, integrations, and workflows.
- Develop and support API-based integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems.
- Support data migration activities including mapping, ETL, and data validation.
- Provide day-to-day technical support, troubleshooting, end-user training, and issue escalation for Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Perform system testing and quality assurance for changes and updates.
- Monitor and optimize Dynamics 365 CRM platform health and performance.
- Collaborate with development teams, cross-functional teams, and internal stakeholders to support enterprise CRM functions.
- Manage security and compliance requirements and stay current with Dynamics 365 updates and features.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field from an accredited institution.
- Five years of experience developing and maintaining computer applications, including at least two years of Microsoft Dynamics D365 Sales and Service CRM and API experience.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Dynamics 365 Sales and Service CRM, and API-based integrations with external systems.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to CRM systems.
- Knowledge of CRM workflows, customization, configuration, data privacy practices, and applicable laws.
- Preferred experience with Dataverse, the CRM security model, and Microsoft Power Platform including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Relevant Microsoft Dynamics D365 Sales and Service CRM certifications are preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, analytical, collaboration, customer service, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and work independently with little or no supervision.
- Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies is preferred.
