Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and design scalable automated workflows using RPA and low-code/no-code tools.
- Develop, test, deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize automation solutions using Python, JavaScript, and system integrations.
- Build conversational AI, chatbot, retrieval-augmented generation, and machine learning-supported automation workflows.
- Contribute to automation standards, reusable components, governance, documentation, version control, testing, and deployment practices.
- Evaluate data sources and design data models or transformations supporting automation solutions.
- Collaborate with business partners, analysts, QA, and IT to meet functional, security, and quality expectations.
- Guide Level I developers through solution reviews, development patterns, and team knowledge sharing.
- Research automation tools and emerging practices and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- At least four years of information systems experience.
- Four years of experience researching, designing, implementing, and managing RPA and automation projects.
- Four years of experience with automation testing and validation, workflow optimization, scripting, system integrations, conversational AI, machine learning-supported automation, and enterprise RPA platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, machine learning, or a relevant technical field, or an associate's degree plus two additional years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise RPA platforms such as Power Automate, UiPath, and Automation Anywhere.
- Strong working knowledge of Python or JavaScript, APIs and system integration approaches, automation patterns, secure development, compliance, HIPAA, SDLC, and DevOps principles.
- Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical specifications, troubleshooting and optimizing automation logic, and documenting technical designs.
- Data Engineering, Automation, or related industry certifications are preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage complex automation efforts, collaborate cross-functionally, communicate technical concepts clearly, and adapt to evolving tools and standards.
