Responsibilities
- Own the systems that convert admin ideas into AI-first training solutions.
- Build content integrations that ingest source material from existing customer systems.
- Develop the agent framework that powers roleplays and content creation workflows.
- Provide AI-powered analysis and analytics to measure learner improvement.
- Set technical direction and mentor team members to elevate engineering standards.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional development experience with production systems.
- Deep backend expertise in architecting and owning services end-to-end.
- Experience designing distributed systems and APIs that scale.
- Proficiency in TypeScript or Python and debugging complex distributed systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Comfort with ambiguity and open-ended product problems.
