Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to complex problems for the immediate team and other teams.
- Lead process improvement efforts within the team.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align on project objectives.
- Customize and integrate enterprise applications and troubleshoot application issues.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in Workday US Absence Management.
- Proficiency in Workday US Absence Management.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Experience customizing and integrating enterprise applications to meet business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Familiarity with business process workflows and their implementation in software solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
