Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end projects that improve developer tooling, environments, and operational workflows.
- Design and operate internal tooling/services in Python and/or Go.
- Build tooling for the internal developer platform, including self-service workflows.
- Add automation and enable developer workflows across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Develop AI-based workflows to improve developer experience and reduce manual work.
- Improve developer feedback loops through better observability.
- Design and document self-service capabilities for teams.
- Drive incident follow-ups to improve reliability.
- Set technical direction and drive delivery across stakeholders.
- Mentor engineers through design and code reviews.
Requirements
- Strong experience building and operating production services in Python and/or Go.
- Experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience building developer productivity tooling such as CI systems and workflow automation.
- Track record of leading ambiguous, cross-team technical projects.
- Strong communication skills and engineering judgment.
