Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and maintain web-based applications and site components.
- Edit and research website content to keep it current and accurate.
- Document technical designs, specifications, changes, and application improvements.
- Troubleshoot web application issues and monitor performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate web components.
- Participate in team discussions, provide solutions, and work independently toward SME-level expertise.
- Guide and support junior team members.
- Recommend enhancements to improve application efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD and related web development technologies and frameworks.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues in web-based applications.
- Ability to create clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
- Familiarity with user interface design principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education.
