Responsibilities
- Develop new features and functionality for enterprise software solutions spanning service layers, integrations, user interfaces, APIs, and data.
- Design, enhance, test, document, review, and analyze software applications and technical specifications.
- Evaluate requirements and mock-ups, recommend technologies, and design efficient solutions supporting business processes.
- Own development work, quality control, engineering standards, and resolution protocols for complex problems.
- Take ownership of major production incidents and oversee the performance of databases, user interfaces, and server-side components.
- Advise the Product Manager on technical solutions, provide technical direction, and mentor other engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; the company also states that academic qualifications are not required and candidates are selected based on experience and potential.
- 3–6 years of experience with C#, .NET 6+, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, Entity Framework, JavaScript, and React JS.
- Expertise with React concepts including Virtual DOM, JSX, Redux, Hooks, React Context API, event handling, routing, state, and lifecycle components.
- Experience with CSS, HTML, MVC applications, microservices, serverless applications, relational and non-relational databases, and API design.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks, Git, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, system monitoring, distributed-system debugging, Swagger, Postman, API management, DDD, and CQRS.
- Understanding of object-oriented design patterns and Scrum or Kanban-based Agile processes.
- AWS experience is a plus.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code is a major plus.
- Ability to ramp up quickly on unfamiliar codebases or technologies using AI-assisted tools is a major plus.
- Availability to join within 30 days of the notice period is a major plus.
