Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Visual Designers to create functional HTML experiences.
- Work with server-side developers to ensure proper website data implementation.
- Manage projects through design, development, and QA processes.
- Expand knowledge of new technologies and strengthen current skills.
- Build responsive sites for mobile and desktop with high performance.
- Follow advancements in front-end technologies and techniques.
- Identify necessary front-end development activities for project goals.
- Estimate changes and additional features for projects as needed.
- Deconstruct large tasks into smaller ones for delegation.
- Review code and mentor developers on best practices.
- Consult and present deliverables to clients as needed.
Requirements
- 6+ years of front-end development experience with large-scale web projects.
- Ability to balance management and coding as needed.
- Fluent in HTML5/CSS3 and capable of developing valid client-side markup.
- Solid knowledge of CSS support for modern and legacy browsers.
- Good understanding of website performance and improvement techniques.
- Experience with CSS preprocessors like LESS or SASS.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript libraries/frameworks like React or VueJS.
- Impeccable eye for detail in matching UI to design across browsers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with problem-solving ability.
- Ability to self-manage and proactively raise issues during projects.
- Goal-focused with a consultative mindset and proactive learning attitude.
- Experience with traditional and headless architecture front-end approaches.
