Responsibilities

Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of complex data pipelines and platform projects.
Design, develop, test, and deploy backend services and data pipelines for advertising and ACR data.
Create internal platform tooling to enforce Data Governance, Quality, and Compliance standards.
Define the scope and deliverables for features of limited complexity with accurate time estimates.
Contribute to planning and development of features across the data ecosystem with minimal guidance.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex bugs in distributed environments.
Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams across time zones.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
1 to 2 years of relevant software development experience, preferably in Backend or Data Engineering.
Strong proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms.
Solid understanding of core Computer Science concepts, including Operating Systems and DBMS.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive attitude.
Clear communication of technical challenges, both verbally and in writing.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across time zones.
Preferred experience with Big Data frameworks like Apache Spark and modern data platforms.
