Responsibilities
- Build internal AI solutions from the ground up.
- Translate business requests into effective LLM architectures using RAG, embeddings, and vector search.
- Establish AI infrastructure that can scale with the business.
- Automate routine team processes with AI to improve efficiency.
- Create AI systems that deliver long-term business value.
- Improve decision-making through better access to data and organizational knowledge.
Requirements
- Practical experience implementing RAG, embedding processes, or vector databases.
- Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and context management.
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript.
- Experience with LangChain, PydanticAI, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with N8N, Diffy, or other automation and orchestration platforms.
- Knowledge of classical machine learning algorithms, including regression, tree-based methods, and clustering.
- Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and containerization.
- Ability to read technical documentation, work with APIs, and use logs and observability tools.
