Base Salary
$125k - $207k/yr
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate best practices for software delivery using agentic coding tools.
- Document and present learnings from embedded work and experiments to the AI Enablement organization.
- Track adoption and usage of agentic coding tools using Datadog, Dynatrace, or related observability tools.
- Identify gaps between platform offerings and user adoption or workflow needs and translate them into platform improvements.
- Monitor and maintain internal plugin marketplaces and related offerings.
- Meet SLAs and lead incident management procedures.
- Collaborate with technology, infrastructure, platform, security, and product teams.
- Participate in the team on-call rotation and provide customer support during business hours.
- Provide technical leadership while producing hands-on software.
Requirements
- Four-year degree in a technology-related discipline or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience producing high-quality software on Agile development teams, with Python and Java preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience with public cloud technologies, with Azure preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in platform engineering, developer experience, or related roles.
- Demonstrable enterprise experience with coding agent harnesses and related tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
- Familiarity with LLMs, agents, and the Model Context Protocol.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, technical writing, documentation, or functional research skills.
- Preferred experience developing AI-powered features or applications.
- Preferred experience developing CI/CD workflows or comparable automation for code safety and reliability.
- Preferred experience with infrastructure-as-code systems such as Terraform or Spacelift, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Ability to manage competing responsibilities and adapt to changing priorities.
