Responsibilities
- Build a production-standard tuned model and alignment audit report covering SFT, PEFT/LoRA, DPO/KTO, verifier-driven reinforcement learning, domain-data preparation, preference optimization, and alignment-auditing methodology.
- Develop course modules, labs, an evaluation rubric, and an instructor guide for the Master in AI Systems Engineering.
- Prepare and document reproducible multi-GPU experiments, including pinned dependencies, containers, seeded runs, run lineage, and decoding parameters.
- Produce clear, publication-standard technical content and explanations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience shipping production software and at least 2 years of production AI/ML experience.
- Production experience with SFT, PEFT, and preference optimization using real domain data.
- A demonstrated alignment-audit track record and ability to work at multi-GPU scale.
- Ability to personally build the required artifact to production standards.
- Public technical writing samples such as documentation, workshop materials, a book chapter, or a well-documented open-source project.
- Strong reproducibility discipline and professional written English.
