Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reusable authentication and authorization services and shared platform capabilities.
- Build .NET APIs, integration services, Angular administration portals, SDKs, libraries, and developer tooling.
- Support Fine-Grained Authorization, centralized access management, enterprise identity integrations, and stable platform interfaces.
- Develop Azure cloud-native services, Azure API Management reverse proxy capabilities, and Infrastructure as Code using OpenTofu or Terraform.
- Contribute to Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, scalability, operational resilience, and platform adoption.
- Write unit, integration, API, and automated tests; participate in peer reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions.
- Provide third-line production support, participate in an on-call rotation, investigate incidents, and improve platform reliability.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, DevOps, platform engineers, and consuming product teams.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of commercial software development experience using C# and modern .NET.
- Strong experience designing and developing REST APIs and scalable enterprise or shared platform services.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and modern software design principles.
- Understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, authentication and authorization, secure API design, and identity-based access control.
- Experience integrating applications with enterprise identity providers.
- Experience developing cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure and working with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code and ability or willingness to work with OpenTofu or Terraform.
- Understanding of Azure API Management or similar API gateway technologies.
- Experience developing Angular applications with TypeScript and building administrative or developer-facing web applications.
- Experience writing unit, integration, API, and other automated tests.
- Preferred experience with Auth0, Fine-Grained Authorization, Google Zanzibar, SCIM integrations, identity federation, Datadog, Playwright, Trivy, GitLeaks, Invicti, reusable developer platforms, and enterprise shared services.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple product teams and in Agile Scrum teams.
