Responsibilities
- Design, build, optimize, and operate high-availability backend systems and microservices.
- Own services from design through deployment under a “you build it, you run it” model.
- Migrate and optimize MongoDB databases for large-scale datasets.
- Connect and orchestrate AI services to execute complex business logic.
- Analyze complex technical implementations and translate business requirements into actionable system architectures.
- Contribute to the technical vision and development of new projects within Allegro’s translation and localization ecosystem.
Requirements
- Experience building robust backend systems with Kotlin and/or Python.
- Proficiency in MongoDB, including database migration and performance optimization for large-scale datasets.
- Hands-on experience connecting and orchestrating AI services.
- English proficiency at least at B2 level.
- Interest in AI and technical innovation, with the ability to work autonomously and influence technical direction.
