Responsibilities
- Create and maintain software used by thousands of medical-sector users.
- Build new product functionalities based on the needs of the Polish and global medical markets.
- Develop web applications using Python, Django, and PostgreSQL.
- Use LLMs and agents in daily engineering work for development, debugging, and documentation while verifying results and maintaining quality and security.
- Contribute to processes, architectural decisions, and business decisions within a small team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working on web applications.
- Professional experience with Python, Django, and PostgreSQL.
- Daily experience using modern AI tools, including LLMs and agents, with a sound approach to result verification, quality, and security.
- Ability to work comfortably in a small team, manage processes, take initiative, and make decisions.
- Spoken and written English at B2+ level.
