Responsibilities
- Own the frontend, backend, and cloud deployment stack end to end.
- Translate product priorities into useful, measurable user-facing features.
- Work directly with customers to understand needs and inform product direction.
- Maintain, refactor, and scale the codebase as the product and team grow.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of full-time software engineering experience and a record of shipping products to real users.
- Strong product judgment, a user-focused approach, and the ability to develop solutions across customer needs.
- Proficiency with TypeScript, React, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Experience in an early-stage startup and comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
- An AI-native approach, including regular use of AI agents and tools in the workflow.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, legal technology, regulatory technology, or AI and machine learning is a plus.
Benefits
- Base salary of €80,000 to €90,000 annually.
- Hybrid work arrangement in Munich, Germany, with on-site work 4 days per week.
