Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement tailored software solutions in customer consulting and software development projects.
- Apply AI methods and tools, including LLMs, agentic frameworks, code generation and test automation, across the software engineering process.
- Contribute to all phases of software engineering and involve customers actively in the work.
- Provide technical leadership in project teams when needed and share knowledge through training and internal exchange.
- Build sustainable customer relationships and communicate confidently with customers as an equal partner.
Requirements
- Completed university degree in computer science or a comparable discipline.
- Deep practical knowledge of both frontend and backend development, including Java, Spring, Kotlin, Angular, VueJS and React.
- Ability to work independently and contribute actively to project team success.
- Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent German at least at C1 level and very good English at least at B2 level.
