Responsibilities
- Research and apply techniques, technologies, tools, and libraries that improve engineering efficiency.
- Design, build, manage, and scale high-availability, high-capacity, low-latency microservices.
- Develop communication and integrations between microservices, cloud environments, and on-premise systems.
- Develop and maintain frontend solutions when needed alongside frontend specialists.
- Implement continuous integration, DevOps, and continuous deployment practices.
- Monitor services using CloudWatch, Kibana, and Grafana.
- Automate build, test, and deployment pipelines.
- Apply AI tools and techniques for development acceleration, testing, quality, prompt engineering, RAG, and autonomous agents when applicable.
Requirements
- Solid experience designing, building, managing, and scaling microservices solutions.
- Strong knowledge of C# with .NET Framework and .NET Core, and TypeScript with Node.js.
- Ability and willingness to learn another technology stack when necessary.
- Experience building and maintaining frontend solutions with a JavaScript or TypeScript framework.
- Experience with Agile practices, including Scrum, Kanban, pair programming, and TDD.
- Experience with DevOps and automated build, test, and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps or TFS.
- Preferred experience with cloud architecture, especially AWS, serverless architecture, containers, Clean Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design.
- Knowledge of AI development assistants, prompt engineering, AI-supported testing and quality, RAG, and autonomous-agent creation is preferred.
