Responsibilities
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Monitor application behavior and ensure system reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders on support activities and technical decisions.
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members in problem-solving and technical skills.
- Improve support processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Node.js.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Node.js and strong knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
- Experience debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, integration techniques, version control systems, and deployment pipelines.
- Understanding of performance tuning and optimization for server-side applications.
