Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable platform features end to end using AWS best practices.
- Build AI-powered capabilities that automate HR support steps and provide intelligent recommendations.
- Implement secure, compliant integrations across HR systems.
- Translate ambiguous requirements from product and business stakeholders into shippable software.
- Own operational health by investigating alarms, conducting root-cause analyses, and improving reliability.
- Write maintainable and testable code, participate in design reviews and code reviews, and research technologies that improve the system.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and onboarding support.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Preferred: 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
