Responsibilities

Design, build, deploy, and scale production-grade AI systems for internal operations and customer-facing commerce products.
Develop AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, multimodal AI, and evaluation frameworks.
Architect multi-step agentic workflows involving tools, memory, retrieval, planning, and guardrails.
Integrate AI systems with internal platforms, business applications, data sources, APIs, and business workflows.
Implement evaluation frameworks, validation layers, monitoring, security, governance, access controls, and operational documentation.
Partner with end users, business teams, Product Managers, and Engineers to identify opportunities, run pilots, and measure business impact.
Improve AI accuracy, reliability, adoption, user experience, cost, latency, and performance through data-driven iteration.
Build reusable AI engineering frameworks and support company-wide adoption of AI-powered workflows.

5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, ML Engineering, Applied AI, or related fields.
Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals.
Hands-on experience building production AI systems using LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
Experience designing multi-step agentic workflows and retrieval systems.
Experience evaluating AI systems and improving model performance.
Experience deploying and operating production services in cloud environments.
Strong English communication skills and a pragmatic, product-oriented approach.

Permanent CDI position based in Paris or Bordeaux.
Four days on-site per week.
Annual gross salary range of €65,000–€85,000.
