Responsibilities
- Design and implement pipelines, model workflows, orchestration systems, and integration components for production AI and machine learning solutions.
- Explore, profile, clean, transform, and validate enterprise data to improve model quality and reduce delivery risk.
- Define success metrics and execute rigorous testing and evaluation approaches with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Manage quality across discovery, documentation, requirements monitoring, release evidence, operational handover, and post-launch impact assessment.
- Manage and develop engineering talent, set goals, support delivery, and drive improvements in automation and reliability.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience delivering complete AI and machine learning solutions into production, including deployment and operational support.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with experience profiling, transforming, and validating enterprise data.
- Experience taking AI or ML solutions through data validation, prototyping, testing, evaluation, deployment, and support.
- Understanding of machine learning methods, statistical analysis, model evaluation, and modern AI application patterns.
- Experience with AI applications, intelligent workflows, copilots, or agent-based solutions is advantageous.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems, make sound technical decisions, and communicate technical trade-offs and data limitations to non-technical stakeholders and governance partners.
