Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated UI tests for software covering system simulation, cloud services, and data management.
- Build and extend reusable Page Objects for UI components.
- Create, organize, and execute test cases validating workflows and user interactions.
- Analyze test results, report defects, and improve test automation coverage and reliability.
- Advise team members on testing best practices and support development and integration of software components.
Requirements
- Degree in IT Security, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Some years of experience in software testing, ideally including automated UI testing in web applications.
- Strong experience with TypeScript and automated testing frameworks, preferably Playwright.
- Understanding of Page Object design patterns and test automation best practices.
- Experience creating, maintaining, and extending Page Objects for complex UI components.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and solution-oriented skills, with willingness to learn new tools and frameworks.
- Fluency in English and German.
