Responsibilities
- Be the technical lead for QA on complex engagements, owning test strategy and automation approach.
- Architect, build, and evolve automation frameworks.
- Solve hard technical problems related to test architecture and CI/CD integration.
- Set the technical direction for QA on your accounts.
- Drive shift-left practices, embedding quality into requirements and design.
- Design and execute test strategies across various testing types.
- Mentor and elevate QA engineers through collaboration.
- Innovate with AI tools to enhance QA processes.
- Communicate technical recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Participate in client-facing forums and technical discussions.
Requirements
- A clear track record in automation architecture and technical problem-solving.
- Solid experience testing in complex, transactional environments.
- Proficient in Playwright and TypeScript.
- Experience designing frameworks from scratch.
- Comfortable working across the full stack including web apps and APIs.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD and its integration with testing.
- Experience in agile scrum environments on complex deliveries.
- Confident in communicating technical concepts to various stakeholders.
- A genuine continuous learner, curious and experimental.
