Responsibilities
- Develop test strategies and execute functional, regression, and performance testing for internal systems and applications.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and collaborate with automation engineers to improve testing frameworks.
- Participate in requirements gathering, defect management, risk mitigation, and resolution of testing issues.
- Improve test plans, test cases, and test execution reports through stronger documentation practices.
- Analyze and communicate testing risks and performance bottlenecks.
- Mentor less experienced team members and communicate detailed technical insights across the organization.
Requirements
- A university degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience with practical software testing activities and applying testing knowledge to semi-complex assignments is required.
- Ability to analyze multifaceted issues and develop innovative solutions with limited supervision is required.
