Responsibilities
- Own the architecture across multiple product areas or the entire platform.
- Establish architectural patterns and technical standards adopted organization-wide.
- Identify and resolve root-cause quality failures or misalignments.
- Define the AI tooling strategy for the engineering organization.
- Oversee the architecture of AI-powered product capabilities.
- Drive cross-team initiatives measured by product outcomes.
- Partner with product leadership to define the roadmap.
- Grow Senior and Tech Lead-level engineers through mentorship.
- Influence organization-wide decisions through writing and advocacy.
Requirements
- Proven track record of building products from scratch.
- Strong engineering judgment with a focus on business outcomes.
- Experience in building AI products and using AI tools.
- Ability to operate across the entire stack with high agency.
- Must be currently based in the US.
