Responsibilities
- Drive strategy by balancing short-term delivery with long-term technical health.
- Translate complex business goals into technical implementations.
- Establish technical quality standards and write reference implementation code.
- Architect multi-component systems and produce technical design documents.
- Identify systemic quality issues and build roadmaps for remediation.
- Design AI-driven workflows to enhance team productivity.
- Lead the delivery of projects across multiple engineers and manage dependencies.
- Own the end-to-end product surface, ensuring quality and user experience.
- Mentor peers and drive a culture of psychological safety and high performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building complex systems from scratch.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Familiarity with AI tools and a desire to leverage them in workflows.
- Experience with modern technology stacks, particularly Node/TS/GCP.
- Ability to communicate technical decisions and align teams.
