Responsibilities
- Define the automation strategy for regression testing.
- Design and harmonize automation standards.
- Define the architecture and governance principles for test frameworks.
- Guide technical choices and ensure consistency of selected solutions.
- Improve the coverage, reliability, and maintainability of automated tests.
- Promote the integration of automation into software delivery pipelines.
- Provide technical support to QA engineers and project teams applying the standards.
- Identify opportunities for industrialization and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Confirmed experience in test automation and technical leadership.
- Expertise in designing or evolving automation frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of regression testing strategies.
- Good understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
- Ability to make architectural decisions and define technical standards.
- Ability to provide technical guidance to multiple teams.
- Experience in banking environments or with critical applications is appreciated.
