Responsibilities
- Define strategies and standards for performance and resilience testing.
- Design load, stress, and capacity-limit test scenarios.
- Structure methods for validating application behavior under degraded conditions.
- Define performance indicators, thresholds, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze results and identify bottlenecks and technical risks.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to improve application performance.
- Support teams in adopting performance-testing practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of system stability and resilience.
Requirements
- Confirmed experience in performance, load, and resilience testing.
- Expertise in designing technical testing strategies.
- Good understanding of application architectures and distributed systems.
- Ability to analyze performance indicators and identify risks.
- Experience defining technical standards and reference frameworks.
- Ability to work with development, infrastructure, and operations teams.
- Experience in financial services or with critical applications is preferred.
