Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Manhattan PKMS warehouse management applications on the IBM AS400/iSeries platform.
- Program in RPG, RPGLE/ILE, and CL, and maintain DB2/400 database objects and SQL/Query functionality.
- Troubleshoot application issues, batch failures, defects, and AS400 programs using debugging tools.
- Support PKMS modules for receiving, shipping, inventory management, and order processing.
- Participate in system integration, testing, deployment, upgrades, and migrations.
- Monitor system performance and availability, and prepare and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong experience with Manhattan Associates PKMS/WMS and warehouse management processes.
- Hands-on expertise with the IBM AS400/iSeries platform and proficiency in RPG/RPGLE/ILE, CL programming, and DB2/400.
- Knowledge of ALDON, job scheduling, batch processing, system monitoring, and AS400 debugging tools.
- Experience with Manhattan WMS upgrades or migrations and understanding of supply chain and logistics operations.
- Basic knowledge of APIs and web services is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management, and teamwork skills are required.
