Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship scalable end-to-end features across the frontend and backend.
- Develop accessible and responsive user interfaces using JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
- Implement backend APIs and microservices for billing, subscriptions, and platform migration pipelines.
- Integrate payment systems and internal identity and provisioning systems.
- Configure observability, monitoring, alerting, and error reporting to support platform reliability.
- Participate in software development routines, technical design reviews, code reviews, documentation, and testing practices.
Requirements
- Requires 2–4+ years of professional software engineering experience developing and operating production web applications.
- Requires proficiency with JavaScript or TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Requires hands-on experience with backend microservices and APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, Java, or Python.
- Requires experience with relational or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Requires familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and containerized workflows using Docker.
- Requires familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Mocha.
- Requires strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in a remote-first environment.
- Preferred experience includes billing, payments, subscription platforms, financial systems, GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, or Confluence.
