Responsibilities

  • Support business-critical ALM/AQM and LRE SaaS environments in production.
  • Troubleshoot complex application, infrastructure, database, networking, and platform issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and drive service and reliability improvements.
  • Design, implement, and enhance monitoring, observability, automation, scalability, and resilience solutions.
  • Collaborate with globally distributed engineering, product, database, network, customer support, and customer teams in a follow-the-sun model.
  • Participate in on-call support and lead operational excellence initiatives.
  • Mentor team members and promote engineering and operations best practices.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Operations, DevOps, Cloud Operations, or a similar technical support environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience supporting enterprise applications and SaaS platforms in AWS cloud environments.
  • Expert-level Linux administration and complex production troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and Docker in cloud-native or containerized environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills across applications, infrastructure, networking, and databases.
  • Experience working in customer-facing production environments with on-call responsibilities and a focus on operational excellence.
