Responsibilities
- Partner with management teams to integrate functions, identify system enhancements, and deploy new products and process improvements.
- Analyze complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards to resolve high-impact problems and projects.
- Design and implement software applications in alignment with the overall architecture blueprint.
- Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation using advanced knowledge of system flow.
- Provide technical expertise and serve as a subject matter expert in at least one area of applications development.
- Manage and implement successful projects while assessing risks and maintaining regulatory and control compliance.
- Advise and coach mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as necessary.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in applications development or systems analysis.
- Extensive experience with systems analysis and programming software applications.
- Advanced knowledge of applications programming, system flow, application design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
- Subject matter expertise in at least one area of applications development.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects, with demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to adjust priorities quickly and communicate clearly and concisely in writing and verbally.
- Bachelor’s or university degree or equivalent experience required; master’s degree preferred.
