Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and B2B Commerce.
- Implement lead-to-opportunity, quoting, order management, and case management functionality.
- Build reusable Lightning Web Components for internal users and B2B storefronts.
- Write, optimize, and maintain Apex triggers, batch processes, and queueable jobs.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and event-driven patterns.
- Work with Salesforce Order Management and B2B Commerce to support order processing and fulfillment.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing Salesforce and B2B Commerce implementations.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions following Salesforce best practices.
- Maintain code quality, security, performance, and governor limit standards while collaborating with architects, technical leads, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including core Salesforce and enterprise B2B implementations.
- Strong practical experience with Salesforce Platform, Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flows, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and B2B Commerce.
- Proven experience delivering production-grade Salesforce solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data architecture, and governor limits.
- Ability to work independently, solve complex technical problems, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Good communication skills for collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II or B2B Commerce Implementation Specialist are valued.
- Experience with Salesforce Order Management, large-scale or multi-org Salesforce environments, front-end frameworks such as React or Vue, headless commerce architectures, CI/CD tools, DevOps practices, and version control is valued.
