Responsibilities
- Design and implement accessible, responsive Angular applications for mortgage customer service journeys.
- Develop secure and resilient microservices using ASP.NET Core or Core Java.
- Integrate Model Context Protocol services with enterprise applications and GenAI assistance flows.
- Build RAG pipelines combining structured SQL data, unstructured NoSQL content, and vector retrieval.
- Engineer production-ready GenAI and LLM solutions with prompt patterns, safety constraints, and monitoring.
- Create knowledge engineering workflows to curate, validate, version, and maintain AI-ready mortgage content.
- Build scalable data access layers for mortgage profiles, loan servicing events, and contact center histories.
- Implement logging, metrics, tracing, secure coding, authentication, authorization, and data-retention practices.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, caching, model interactions, latency, and operational cost.
- Partner with testing and operations teams on automated coverage, deployment pipelines, rollback strategies, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and conduct code reviews, technical walkthroughs, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of hands-on software engineering experience delivering enterprise applications.
- Strong Angular 13–18 experience, including modular architecture, state management, testing strategies, and backend integration.
- Experience with GenAI and LLM fundamentals, prompt design, grounding techniques, and evaluation strategies.
- Practical experience building or supporting advanced RAG frameworks using SQL, NoSQL, and vector retrieval.
- Understanding of Model Context Protocol concepts and implementation patterns across AI agents, tools, and enterprise services.
- Strong ASP.NET Core and Core Java experience for secure, scalable, maintainable microservices.
- Hands-on experience with relational SQL and document or key-value NoSQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and data modeling.
- Mortgage customer service domain experience, including servicing processes, inquiry handling, and regulatory considerations.
- Clear communication skills and experience creating documentation, runbooks, and knowledge artifacts.
- Preferred certifications include Professional Machine Learning Engineer or equivalent AI and cloud credentials.
