Responsibilities
- Design and build AI/ML capabilities for anomaly detection, root cause analysis, forecasting, automation, and operational intelligence.
- Develop production-quality software and services using Go, Python, React, and related technologies.
- Build and integrate machine learning models, LLM-powered workflows, agentic systems, and advanced analytics.
- Manage the full solution lifecycle across data engineering, model development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with software engineers, architects, product managers, and customers on complex operational challenges at scale.
- Drive technical innovation for AI-powered operations in large-scale computing environments.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building production systems.
- Familiarity with Go, Python, React, or similar technologies, with the ability to become productive quickly.
- Experience building large-scale distributed systems, observability platforms, infrastructure software, or operational tooling.
- Experience applying AI/ML, GenAI, LLMs, analytics, or intelligent automation to real-world products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership of complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience with high-performance computing, supercomputing, AI infrastructure, observability, telemetry, monitoring, performance analysis, or operational analytics.
