Base Salary
$86k - $95k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop software throughout the entire software lifecycle as part of a cross-functional team.
- Apply software engineering concepts, principles, theories, development processes, and agile practices.
- Create and maintain software requirements and documentation, including design, development, and test documents and diagrams.
- Communicate technical concepts and collaborate effectively with engineering team members.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or a related science, engineering, or mathematics field.
- Proficiency in Java is required.
- Experience with SQL, web development, and collaborative source control such as Synergy or GitLab is preferred.
- Experience with software requirements and documentation is preferred.
- U.S. citizenship is required, and applicants must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- Applicants must be able to work collaboratively, learn new information quickly, and handle increasing responsibilities and complexity.
- Agile experience and understanding of the software development process are preferred.
