Base Salary
$86k - $95k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop software throughout the entire software lifecycle as part of a cross-functional team.
- Apply software engineering concepts, principles, theories, development processes, and agile methodologies.
- Work with software requirements, design, development, testing documentation, and diagrams.
- Communicate technical concepts and collaborate effectively with teammates.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering or a related science, engineering, or mathematics field.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance within a reasonable amount of time after hire.
- Preferred experience includes Linux at the user or administrator level, C/C++, network switches, Kubernetes, Docker, containerization, Synergy, and GitLab.
- Preferred qualifications include understanding software engineering concepts and processes, agile experience, ability to learn quickly, and increasing responsibility in complex environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate technical concepts is preferred.
