Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and enhance full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, PostgreSQL, SQL, and Snowflake.
- Develop scalable microservices, distributed systems, event-driven applications, and APIs supporting real-time analytics, reporting, and data-intensive applications.
- Build responsive, high-performing user interfaces that turn complex data into meaningful insights.
- Design and optimize database structures, queries, and data models for large-scale applications.
- Apply software engineering practices including object-oriented design, design patterns, automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, engineering, and global stakeholder teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Improve application performance, reliability, security, observability, and operational readiness.
- Contribute to Agile planning, estimation, prioritization, delivery, and technical decision-making.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot for coding, refactoring, testing, debugging, documentation, and reviews with human oversight.
- Mentor team members and promote engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Extensive experience developing enterprise-scale full-stack applications across backend services, frontend development, and databases.
- Extensive experience with Java applications, Spring Boot services, RESTful APIs, and enterprise microservices.
- Strong hands-on experience with React, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive web application development.
- Experience designing intuitive user interfaces and effective user experiences.
- Strong skills in database design, data modeling, SQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Understanding of microservice architecture, distributed systems, API design, cloud-native development, software architecture, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with event-driven applications, scalable distributed systems, and data-intensive applications.
- Experience using AI-assisted software development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
- Understanding of automated testing, CI/CD, Git-based development, code reviews, observability, and operational readiness.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, make technical decisions, and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
