Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services and full-stack applications.
- Own software architecture, quality, and performance.
- Operate containerized applications and manage orchestration.
- Integrate databases, messaging systems, and monitoring solutions.
- Take end-to-end technical responsibility from conception through operation.
- Collaborate with a medium-sized team and contribute to a strong DevOps culture.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science from an ETH, university, university of applied sciences, or higher technical school, or an equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience as a full-stack engineer with a backend focus, particularly using Python and Java.
- Practical experience in software architecture, relational and NoSQL databases, messaging systems, containers, orchestration, and continuous integration and delivery.
- Frontend, data analysis, and initial AI-agent experience are advantageous.
- Strong German and good English skills; French is advantageous.
- Structured, independent, communicative, collaborative, and curious working style.
