Responsibilities
- Develop embedded software features for Annapurna Labs’ next-generation networking hardware.
- Enable high network bandwidth, packet-per-second performance, and consistently low latency.
- Contribute to architecture definitions and software system designs.
- Bring up a broad selection of AWS EC2 instance types optimized for different customer use cases.
- Resolve complex customer issues, monitor AWS cloud health, maintain quality standards, and develop highly optimized code.
- Complete onboarding training in embedded systems basics, Annapurna technologies in EC2, cloud compute development, and networking fundamentals.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the C programming language.
- Preferred: experience in embedded software development.
- Preferred: hands-on experience developing in a Linux environment.
- Preferred: experience with hardware/software interfaces at the board and chip level.
- Preferred: understanding of computer architecture.
