Responsibilities
- Establish core services and security controls across Azure, AWS, GCP, and Kubernetes environments.
- Design and build cloud security solutions using automation, configuration as code, and test-driven development principles.
- Implement SRE practices to improve operational processes and reliability.
- Collaborate with multiple engineering groups on technical strategies.
- Develop security coverage reports to identify gaps and improve cloud security strategy.
- Lead and participate in end-to-end integrated solution delivery.
- Provide on-call support.
Requirements
- Experience with modern software development, DevOps, and SRE practices.
- Experience with Python.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and container tools and platforms.
- Experience building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools such as ARM, CloudFormation, and Terraform.
- Experience with observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, Prometheus, or OpenTelemetry is desirable.
- Experience with Open Policy Agent is desirable.
- Experience with Go, TypeScript, or another modern programming language is desirable.
- Cloud or security certifications are desirable.
- Availability for on-call support.
