Responsibilities
- Design, implement, operate, and continuously improve enterprise IAM policies, processes, controls, authentication, authorisation, and identity lifecycle management.
- Integrate and interoperate IAM solutions across hybrid-cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
- Apply infrastructure as code, automation, orchestration, configuration management, and CI/CD practices to improve platform delivery.
- Provide proactive and reactive operational support through logging, monitoring, simplification, and knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with DevOps and Platform Engineering teams, support codebase changes, and contribute to engineering enablement.
- Develop and maintain Engineering Golden Path templates and influence engineering decisions across the organisation.
- Manage access credentials and support joiner, mover, and leaver processes where required.
Requirements
- Solid IAM expertise with demonstrable understanding of one or more of Kerberos, OAuth, FIDO, SCIM, LDAP, SAML, or OpenID Connect.
- Experience building and maintaining authentication, authorisation, and accountability solutions.
- Hands-on experience with IAM tooling such as Okta, Auth0, Active Directory, or Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID.
- Some experience administering user access to networks and systems is desirable.
- Awareness of AWS Security, Identity, and Compliance services is desirable.
- Exposure to DevOps practices, automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code is desirable.
- Willingness to learn new skills and technologies is required.
- Qualifications are not mandatory; Okta certifications are advantageous, and a Computer Science or relevant Engineering degree as a recent graduate would be beneficial.
