Responsibilities
- Build well-scoped identity features from first commit through production.
- Develop and maintain identity services supporting organization, group, account, consent, session, SSO, SCIM, and OIDC functionality.
- Write tested, production-ready code and participate in code reviews and design discussions.
- Monitor production systems, participate in incident response, and learn from postmortems.
- Collaborate with Identity and adjacent teams to improve engineering standards and user outcomes.
- Use AI-assisted tools such as Copilot and Claude for boilerplate, refactoring, test generation, and debugging.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and clean coding principles.
- Foundation in backend development and server-side systems.
- Willingness to learn C#/.NET Core, Cassandra, gRPC, and Kubernetes.
- Interest in B2B SaaS identity, including authentication, SSO/OIDC, authorization, security, and auditing.
- Ownership of shipped work, including testing, production monitoring, and follow-through during incidents.
- Ability to collaborate through code reviews, design discussions, feedback, and shared engineering standards.
