Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and scale software platforms integrating data, AI services, and user-facing applications.
- Develop AI-powered decision-support systems, copilots, internal developer tools, and domain-specific agents.
- Design and maintain API-based, event-driven, batch, and real-time service architectures.
- Establish engineering practices for code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability, performance, security, privacy, reliability, and compliance.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to productionize models and agents in real-world workflows.
- Develop internal tooling and developer platforms that improve engineering velocity, reliability, and reuse.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into system designs and incremental delivery plans.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in client-facing environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience.
- Strong proficiency in modern software development, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud services.
- Hands-on experience deploying AI-enabled applications or tooling into production.
- Experience developing backend and full-stack systems with modern languages and frameworks such as Python, Java, Scala, or TypeScript.
- Experience designing and managing cloud-native architectures on AWS or GCP using containerization and infrastructure-as-code.
- Experience integrating LLMs, retrieval systems, vector databases, and model-orchestration frameworks.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environments with evolving requirements.
- Outstanding academic performance and strong quantitative and qualitative analytical ability.
- Preferred experience in management consulting, product-led organizations, or high-growth startups.
- Familiarity with LLM frameworks, agent architectures, prompt and tool orchestration, and firm-approved AI tools including Microsoft Copilot.
- Strong product mindset and ability to connect business strategy to system adoption and sustainability.
- Ability to reside in or be within commuting distance of the assigned office and willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when necessary.

- Base salary range of $130,000 to $185,000, with additional compensation and benefits determined by factors including experience, skills, education, and geography.
