Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance software solutions in collaborative cross-functional teams.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by customers and colleagues.
- Design applications, perform root cause analysis, and develop shared or reusable components.
- Contribute to project planning and effort estimation.
- Share knowledge, support other teams, and help guide colleagues through complex problem-solving.
- Contribute to ongoing product and engineering improvements while communicating effectively with diverse colleagues.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and ability to diagnose complex technical issues while guiding others.
- Proficiency in Python and direct experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Bedrock, or Azure OpenAI.
- Experience with RAG pipelines, including chunking, embeddings, vector stores, retrieval quality, structured extraction, agentic patterns, orchestration, prompt engineering, and LLM output evaluation.
- Experience with Pydantic or similar schema-driven approaches and LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalent orchestration implementations.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including schema design, performance optimization, stored procedures, and advanced troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and .NET.
- Understanding of security engineering principles and their practical application.
- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and TypeScript/Node.js is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
