Responsibilities
- Develop new and maintain existing application source code.
- Design and implement complex application solutions based on customer requirements and specifications.
- Perform system analysis, business analysis, application architecture, framework design, and technical documentation.
- Build related application infrastructure through prototyping and research.
- Estimate projects, provide timelines, and report bug-fixing and budget-planning information to customers.
- Test programmed functionality before deployment and implement security concepts according to company policy.
- Mentor junior, intermediate, and senior developers.
- Consult with internal and external customers, project managers, product owners, and product managers.
- Provide technical project management during planning phases and act as project manager for small or midsize software projects when needed.
- Own the product from a technology perspective and negotiate technology stacks with product owners and managers.
- Participate in internal evaluation processes.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Information Technology.
- At least 7 years of experience in ICT Systems Engineering.
- Experience in a senior application development position.
- Expertise in programming and general hardware/software and IT skills.
- A certification in the relevant technology stack, such as Java OCP or .NET MCSA.
- Advanced communication, teamwork, mentoring, and product management skills.
- English proficiency at least at B2 level.
